Financial Planning by TaxAssist: A new chapter in client-centric services

TaxAssist Financial Services announces its rebranding to Financial Planning by TaxAssist, reflecting its commitment to comprehensive, personalised financial planning.

The rebrand highlights TaxAssist’s dedication to offering a broader range of services that complement the core tax offering for individuals and limited companies. Financial Planning by TaxAssist offers holistic strategies to help a growing base of 150,000 clients achieve long-term financial goals.

Mike Melling, Group Chief Operating Officer, said: “This rebranding underscores our commitment to personalised, forward-thinking financial planning. TaxAssist Accountants build deep relationships with their clients and an understanding of their plans and needs. Identifying and then working together with their qualified Financial Planning colleagues to meet these needs is an important differentiator that significantly benefits clients and their families.”

Under the new branding, Financial Planning by TaxAssist will continue to offer full financial planning solutions including pensions, ISAs, general investments, wealth management, equity release and business and income protection. Personal and commercial mortgages services are also provided to clients across the UK in partnership with Broadland Consultants.

The rebrand includes a revamped website – taxassistfinancialplanning.co.uk – focused on value-add advice and digital tools that empower our customers by making financial services easier to understand.

Financial Planning by TaxAssist appoints Georgina Foster as Managing Director

Georgina Foster joins as Managing Director of Financial Planning by TaxAssist and will join the TaxAssist Group Operational Board. With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial planning industry, Georgina brings extensive experience in business development, growth, compliance and organisational change.

Working with the Board and Senior Management, Georgina will lead and continue to grow a national network of IFAs as well as digital offerings to partner with their local TaxAssist Accountants. Georgina will drive the business strategy, focusing on growth through IFA recruitment, partnerships, data, and technology.
