TaxAssist Accountants opens new shop in Christchurch

David and Adele Pearce have opened a new TaxAssist Accountants shop at 2 The Fountain Way, Saxon Centre, Christchurch, BH23 1QN.

TaxAssist Accountants has been established in Poole for more than a decade, with David and Adele purchasing the practice as a franchise resale in 2022 following the retirement of the previous franchisees.

They have recently relocated their shop to larger premises at 319 Ashley Road in Poole and taken on a second franchise territory covering Christchurch and Bournemouth, where they have opened their second shop. This becomes one of the first in the UK to showcase the new look TaxAssist Accountants branding which was revealed last month.

It’s been a busy two years for highly experienced David and Adele who look after more than 500 clients across their two shops. As well as expanding the business, in December 2023 they also become the patrons of Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce.

David said: “Since we bought the business we’ve been keen to grow the practice to its full potential. By expanding our footprint and joining the Chamber, we can meet many new businesses and individual taxpayers who can benefit from our full range of services and expert business advice.

“Even though we are a local business in our own right, being part of the TaxAssist Group brings many advantages. Clients get that personal touch, but also the technical support and know-how of a larger organisation.”

Adele said: “Our team and I are thrilled to have opened a second shop and will continue to be an approachable business that people can just walk in or call and talk to."
