Niki Stevens Effective Personal Productivity review

Niki Stevens is Operations Manager at Solihull-based youth engagement specialist community interest company Urban Heard. She recently completed the LMI Effective Personal Productivity open programme, led by Mark Tonks, and here she gives her summary of how the programme has been of benefit to her in work/life balance, confidence and general leadership development.
