Concept Claim Solutions: Highlights From 2023
In 2023, Concept Claim Solutions, the longest-standing claims management franchise in the UK, had a phenomenal year. They proudly received the highly coveted 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award and were honoured to be selected as finalists in not one, but two categories of the prestigious Quality Franchise Association Virtual Awards - 'Franchisor of the Year' and 'Best Adaptation to Change'. Furthermore, they achieved 37th position in the Elite Top 100 Franchise Awards.
In November 2023, the support team celebrated with franchise partner Gary Dimond at the BFA HSBC Franchise Awards. Gary was a finalist for the Franchisee Trailblazer Award as he was among the first to embrace Concept Claim Solution's new operating model and forward-thinking vision in 2022.
One of the significant changes in the model was the Head Office providing franchise partners with contractors. The enhancements to the model resulted in exceptional outcomes in 2023, with two new franchise businesses achieving total claims settlements of over a million in their first year.
Franchise recruitment experienced a surge in activity, and they were pleased to have welcomed a record number of talented professionals as franchise partners. Additionally, the referral partner programme exceeded expectations in generating claim leads for their franchise partners.
To maintain the high levels of support, the support team was substantially increased to ensure that they continue to provide the best possible service to their franchise partners and customers. Looking ahead, Concept Claim Solutions remains dedicated to providing the best level of support to its franchise partners, helping them achieve the financial freedom and work-life balance they desire.
The Financial Conduct Authority granted the company direct authorisation for insurance claims management, which is going to further streamline processes and give significant benefits to the franchise network and customers alike.
Michelle, the company's Claims Manager, was appointed as the President of a Local Chartered Insurance Institute. This keeps the network up-to-date with the latest trends in the insurance sector and demonstrates the company's devotion to ethical claims management.
Concept Claim Solution is particularly proud of supporting local councils in establishing and hosting weekly Parent Support Groups in 2023. These groups are designed to assist parents and caregivers whose children have been victims of criminal and sexual exploitation.
As an integral part of Concept Claim Solution's commitment to community involvement, the franchise partner and Head Office team are planning to increase their support for Ivison Trust, which is dedicated to helping victims of child sexual and criminal exploitation, as well as other charitable organisations.
