Looking Ahead

James Mattam, Group Business Development Director, said: “Despite the many economic challenges throughout the year, the TaxAssist business model continues to show huge resilience growing over 11% on the previous year, and we are by far the largest network of accountants supporting over 80,000  independent businesses. Our visible presence and relationship-based approach continues to pay dividends for both clients and franchisees alike.

“2024 will be an exciting year for TaxAssist Accountants as the brand evolves. As we seek to deliver even more business to our network of accountants and widen the scope of services we can offer, we have some very exciting brand developments – which I will keep under wraps for now – but watch this space for further announcements.

“We’re also excited to work with our franchisees to ensure their practices are operating as efficiently as possible by using the best in breed technology that will see clients wowed and their teams happier to be more digital in our approach to everything we do.  Franchisee profitability is paramount for the work we do in the TaxAssist Support Centre and we’re looking forward to advising on this next year.

“We still have franchise territory available in towns and cities around the UK and a steady stream of franchises that will be added as resales as franchisees look to retire and realise the asset they have built up over the years. Both offer massive potential to scale up and with our growing range of services and income streams available, now is the time to book onto a discovery day to find out more about joining the TaxAssist network.”

As we celebrate our achievements and look forward to a new year, TaxAssist remains passionate about the first class service provided to clients and our commitment to excellence in supporting our accountants to scale and grow their own practices.
