The network’s 70+ franchisees give an ongoing vote of confidence from their annual anonymous satisfaction survey. 

Right at Home’s CEO has praised the “unique spirit that underpins our network” after franchisees voted their brand a Five Star Franchise for an incredible eleventh year running. 

Each year we are among dozens of UK franchises who partner with engagement specialists WorkBuzz for the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark programme, in which our business owners are asked to complete a confidential online survey.

The results rate their franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support and their relationship with franchisees. They ask whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee, and whether they would make the same decision about investing in the company, if they had their time again. 

94% of Right at Home franchisees strongly agreed that they are proud to be part of the brand and would recommend this franchise to prospective franchisees, with 93% strongly agreeing their services are better than the competition and 100% satisfaction with the initial training and support.

Right at Home has taken part in the Benchmark Satisfaction Survey since starting franchising in 2012 and remains one of only four UK franchise brands – and the only brand in the care sector – to have earned the Five Star Franchise Award every year since. 

The top-performing franchisors are also put forward as finalists in the WorkBuzz Best Franchise Awards, and we are proud and delighted to be among the finalists in the Best Management Franchise category for an eighth year.

WorkBuzz CEO Steven Frost praised franchisors as this year’s award finalists were announced, revealing that average franchise satisfaction scores have risen by 4% this year across the industry.

“As satisfaction levels improve, it becomes more and more challenging to be recognised as a finalist, making this a truly outstanding accomplishment for all," he said.

The winners of the Best Franchise Awards 2023 will be announced on November 9 at the bfa annual conference, supported by WorkBuzz – an event that brings together the franchise industry from across the UK to network and share their experiences.
