New TaxAssist Accountants shop in Skipton

The TaxAssist network continues to grow with a new shop at 28 Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2NS.

“With the business going from strength-to-strength and a growing need for our services in the region, it seemed like the right time to look out for a new conveniently placed shop in Skipton and the shop front on Keighley Road is the ideal location,” said Chartered Accountant and Branch Manager Vicky Berry.

West Yorkshire-based husband and wife team Dave and Julia Forrester originally set up TaxAssist Accountants in Keighley in 2007, followed by Ilkley in 2011 and Bingley in 2017. In May 2022 the business became employee owned and now looks after more than 1200 clients predominantly in the Aire and Wharfe valleys.

“We’re delighted by the positive response we’ve had so far, with many new client walk-ins already and our new shop really stands out in the high street. We’re excited to be planning our shop launch party in August to welcome clients and contacts to join us in this celebration,” said Vicky.

“Through TaxAssist Accountants, clients have access to a full range of services, including self-assessment tax returns, year-end accounts, payroll and bookkeeping, as well as research and development tax credits, employment law specialists, and advice for starting and growing a business.

“We offer advisory services, assisting with business planning and cash flow management.

“In addition, TaxAssist Financial Services, which is offered to everyone across the UK network of TaxAssist Accountants, can help clients protect their business and loved ones, maximise their return on pensions and investments and plan for the future, all in a tax efficient manner.
