Change of ownership at TaxAssist Accountants Pinner

Sabrina Rehman takes over the reins from Indira Mandalia.

Following a successful franchise resale, Sabrina Rehman has purchased TaxAssist Accountants Pinner from retiring franchisee Indira Mandalia.

Indira joined TaxAssist Accountants in 2006, and over the last 17 years has gone on to build up a substantial practice based at 108 Field End Rd, Ruislip, Pinner HA5 1RL.

“It’s been quite a journey and I would not have dreamt of my own practice had it not been for TaxAssist! I’m sad that it’s now come to an end, but happy with the outcome and that my clients are now in the capable hands of Sabrina,” said Indira.

“When I joined TaxAssist I had a background in education and industry, and no prior experience of running my own practice. I wanted to use the accounting experience I had, along with TaxAssist’s expertise and support to help small businesses in my local area, alongside building an asset for my future. The franchise certainly hasn’t disappointed and I’m hugely grateful for all the assistance provided from start to finish.”

Sabrina is an experienced ATT-qualified accountant, with 16 years spent working in tax, and will be working alongside Indira for a hand over period.

“I have lived in Pinner for many years and so am thrilled to have the chance to take on an established, successful business within my local area,” said Sabrina. “I have long held the ambition to run my own practice and I know that there will be many benefits to both myself and my clients by partnering with the successful TaxAssist brand in terms of the support provided and the growing range of additional services such as TaxAssist Tax Consulting and Financial Services.”
