TaxAssist Accountants Colchester welcomes new owners

Sandip and Nilam Patel have purchased Gary and Bridget Perrens’ franchise.

After 10 successful years as TaxAssist Accountants franchisees, Gary and Bridget Perrens have sold their franchise to Sandip and Nilam Patel.

“It’s been a very rewarding time in our lives and we’re very glad to have come across the TaxAssist franchise opportunity when we did,” said Gary. “It’s enabled us to meet some lovely people, build a substantial business and now move onto a new phase in our lives, after supporting Sandip and Nilam over the next few months for a handover period. My thanks go to our staff and the TaxAssist Support Centre for all they have done to assist us over the last 10 years.”

Sandip Patel is an experienced ACCA-qualified accountant with 23 years’ experience of working in accountancy practices. He has also owned and run his own accountancy practice for the past 14 years.

“I was looking to grow my existing business further, so when I learnt that Gary’s practice was for sale, I knew that with my experience and expertise this was an opportunity not to be missed.

“By partnering with TaxAssist Accountants, I know that I can build the practice to its full potential and benefit from the well know brand name, additional services for my clients and extra layer of support. My wife and I are already getting to know and meet the clients of the practice and look forward to building on the great reputation which Gary and Bridget have already established in Colchester.”
