On Friday 14^th and Saturday 15^th April we exhibited at the International Franchise Show at the ExCel, London where we saw over 11,000 visitors walk through the doors, the highest in its fourteen-year history.

Having not exhibited for a few years we were unsure what to expect so we took laptops thinking we’d be able to squeeze in the odd bit of work and reply to a few emails in between conversations, however that soon went out the window! With a prime location and a fantastic stand design, we were inundated with visitors over the two days and met some fantastic people along the way.

With some great resale and prime start-up opportunities available, we had plenty to discuss along with showcasing the vast array of signage solutions we can offer, demonstrating the innovative and creative industry we’re lucky enough to work in. Being able to meet people and have those conversations face-to-face was hugely rewarding, alongside this, the show also offered a fantastic opportunity to take a look around at some of the other amazing franchise opportunities there are on offer.

Sustainability in Signage: Our Stand 

As the UK’s leading signage and graphics business there always feels pressure to ensure our stand stood out from the crowd! Therefore, with a focus on our environmental commitments, our stand and furniture were predominantly made from Xanita, a natural fibre-based board product consisting of a recycled kraft core, sandwiched between printable white kraft liners, which can then be reused and recycled afterwards, meaning zero waste to landfill. Overall, it created a stunning visual effect and was sustainable too! A big thank you to Allsee Technologies too for providing our digital screens for the event, which helped bring the whole stand to life.
