National home care provider wins regional award

Charles Folkes, MD of Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland), a home care provider operating in the Guisborough area was recently awarded Caremark’s Regional Award for the North, at the company’s annual conference at the end of last month.

“I was delighted to accept the Regional Award for the North at Caremark’s Annual Awards Dinner this year on behalf of my team.

The credit should go to this dedicated team back at the office and of course to the commitment of our Care & Support Workers who deliver an excellent standard of care. I see my role as setting the standards and the culture of the business and then ensuring these values are embraced by the entire workforce.”

The company was proactive in pursuing new business opportunities throughout 2012 and in particular successfully achieved a working partnership with the Fire Brigade in their area, allowing continued growth of their business and greater awareness of the Caremark brand. The second half of the year saw Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland)’s greatest business growth, which confirmed them as worthy winners of the regional award.

Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) are part of a franchised network of offices delivering bespoke home care services to clients in their designated territory. They beat a number of other franchisees in the northern region to take this sought after title.
