TaxAssist Accountants wins 5-star franchisee satisfaction for 10th consecutive year

Following a wide-ranging network survey, TaxAssist Accountants has received outstanding feedback from its franchisees for the 10^th year in a row.

TaxAssist Accountants is proud to have once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy, joining an elite group of just four franchisors to have won this prestigious award for 10 years running.

The WorkBuzz survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.

Sarah Robertson, Group Director and UK Managing Director of The TaxAssist Group, said: “Achieving this award for 10 straight years is a huge achievement and one we are incredibly proud of.

“This award is particularly special because it is based on feedback from franchisees themselves and reflects so positively on the diligence and effectiveness of the entire Support Centre team. Taking into account the unprecedented changes that we’ve all seen over the last two years, the positive feedback and level of optimism about the future is a huge endorsement of the TaxAssist business model to those considering joining our franchise.”

Due to positive feedback, TaxAssist Accountants received high benchmark results in key areas of the survey which inform the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report. These include training and support, franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards and overall satisfaction.
