TaxAssist shares expertise with fellow franchisors

The Best Franchise Programme, run by leading market research agency WorkBuzz, hosted its first webinar recently, with a key member of the TaxAssist Support Centre team, Richard Chatten-Hague, asked to participate in a panel discussion.

“It was a pleasure to take part in this franchise industry webinar,” said Richard. “TaxAssist Accountants is firmly established as one of the UKs leading franchisors and we are always happy to share the benefit of our experience with the franchise industry as a whole.

“TaxAssist has been awarded 5-star franchisee satisfaction for nine consecutive years from WorkBuzz, one of only four franchisors to have achieved this, and I was happy to explain why we participate in the programme, how we use the insights from the annual franchisee survey to gather information and implement positive changes in the network and what we do that has enabled TaxAssist to receive 5-star satisfaction and in turn win Best Franchise Awards.”

The event attracted a large number of franchisors keen to learn more about the programme and share industry expertise and was followed by a question-and-answer session.

The WorkBuzz franchisee survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.
