TaxAssist Accountants launches enhanced Support Site for its network of franchisees

A new bespoke online operations resource has been developed for TaxAssist Group franchisees.

TaxAssist franchisees in the UK, Ireland, Australia, US and Canada are benefiting from a new, enhanced Support Site which was launched on 13^th June, following a three-year development project to revamp all the TaxAssist websites.

The TaxAssist Support Site is integral to the running of a franchisee’s business and acts as an online operations manual, as well as a lead Customer Relationship Management system, ticket system, reporting and booking system.

New features include:

· A new search engine - This is using the commercial Algolia product and provides a Google-like experience. This is already live on the client-facing websites

· A number of performance enhancements

· A much more scalable and robust base platform from which to develop the site further in the future

Richard Washington, Head of Group Technology, said: “A wealth of information is contained on our easy-to-use internal support website.

“After an extensive period of research and development, the new Support Site offers a completely new look and feel, with a mobile-friendly/tablet interface as well as improved useability.

“All support teams and franchisees in the five countries in which we operate have been trained on how to use the new site and feedback has been very positive so far, with compliments in particular about the enhanced search facility.”
