TaxAssist Accountants nominated for Best Franchise Award 2021
The unique awards are based on feedback from franchisees, highlighting the best franchises on the market.
Following its ninth consecutive '5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award', and as a result of feedback from its franchisees gathered by WorkBuzz, TaxAssist Accountants has again been named as a finalist in the 'Best Franchise Business to Business' category of The Best Franchise Awards 2021, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.
Having taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, franchisees were asked to anonymously provide scores for categories including initial training, ongoing support, their relationship with the franchisor and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee. The top-performing franchisors are then put forward as finalist in the Best Franchise Awards.
Karl Sandall, Chief Executive Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said: “We are delighted to have been nominated for a prestigious Best Franchise Award. These awards are always extra special and highly valued because they are based on positive feedback from our network of franchisees.
“We take the annual survey very seriously and every comment and suggestion made is read and carefully considered. It should be hugely comforting to any potential franchisees interested in joining our network that our franchisees remain happy and well supported, and that we are here to help and always prepared to listen and adapt.”

The winners of the Best Franchise Awards 2021 will be announced at the bfa annual conference, supported by WorkBuzz – an event that brings together the franchise industry from across the UK to network and share their experiences.
