TaxAssist Accountants awarded ‘5 star franchisee satisfaction’ for ninth consecutive year

5-star franchisee satisfaction received as a result of a wide ranging 2021 network survey.

TaxAssist Accountants is proud to have once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy, joining a select group of just four franchisors to have won this prestigious honour for nine years running.

Karl Sandall, Group Chief Executive Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said: “It is a fantastic achievement to have once again received this most special award.

“The last 18 months have brought unprecedented changes, which saw us pull out all the stops to help, support and guide our franchisees and their clients. It is so rewarding for the whole Support Centre team to see how highly this has been rated and appreciated, and a powerful endorsement of the TaxAssist franchise to those considering joining our network.

“As we head into the economic recovery, we will continue to work closely with every franchisee to help them to run efficient, profitable and future proof practices, ensuring that our high standards are maintained in every aspect of our operation.”

The WorkBuzz survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 32 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.

Due to positive feedback, TaxAssist Accountants received above average benchmark results in key areas of the survey which inform the final FSB report. These include training and support, franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership, value and rewards and general satisfaction.
