Caremark finalists in National Women Franchising Awards.

Caremark (Sutton) & Caremark (Epsom, Ewell, Reigate & Banstead) Managing Director Hannah Drury has been shortlisted for ‘woman franchisee of the year’ and ‘young woman in franchising of the year’, also, her Field Care Supervisor Elaine Hamilton is a finalist in the category of ‘Franchise Employee of the year.’

Hannah is no stranger to recognition at these award catagories, as she was named Young Woman in Franchising of the Year in both 2018 and 2019. This is the fifth award that Hannah has won in recent years, having previously picked up two accolades at the 2017 bfa HSBC Franchise Awards, the 2017 startups Franchisee of the Year award and the Young Woman in Franchising of the Year Award at the EWIF Awards in 2018.

Commenting on being informed of this most recent recognition, Hannah said: “I am delighted to once again be a finalist in these categories. I always love the application process as an opportunity to reflect back on all the amazing work we’ve done in the past year, and then to be recognised for that at the awards is a wonderful bonus, franchising has offered me a wonderful career and I truly believe it is an option many young women should consider.”

In addition, Hannah is also thrilled that a member of her team has also joined her as a finalist: “Congratulations is in order for our incredible Field Care Supervisor Elaine who has been nominated in the category of Franchise Employee of the Year at the @ewif_uk awards!

Elaine is the unique combination of someone who has endless care, compassion and love for all those she looks after combined with the strength and leadership skills it takes to manage a large team.

She is a true asset to our team and we are so proud of her.”

The annual awards are an opportunity to celebrate women right across the UK, from businesses of all ages and sizes operating in the franchising industry, and this year saw a record numbers of entries.
