Caremark Franchisees finish 2020 and start 2021 on a high.

In-home Care Franchisees Richard and Emily Magrath are very proud of finishing the year and starting the new one delivering the most hours of care from the entire network. No mean feat when you consider the network grew as a whole, over 20% in 2020 alone. Husband-and-wife duo Richard and Emily Magrath do not want to stop there.

Having reached the top of the Caremark Leader board, they have now set their sights on growing their business even further, supplying more and more award-winning care and support to their local community in 2021.

Richard and Emily who are passionate about the quality of care their team deliver, find bringing up their 4 young children alongside operating their franchise stressful at times, although incredibly rewarding.

These very humble franchisees attribute their success to their Care Team and value them more highly than any other facet of their business, constantly thinking up new ways to reward and incentivise them and let them know how valued they are. Operating an open-door policy, they are approachable to any of the team when required.

2021 is already looking like another year of unprecedented growth as they moved to new larger premises in January, dedicating the entire top floor of the building to a specialist ‘Training Academy’ to make sure all their teams’ skills are always up to date, while again not only investing in business growth, but the personal growth of their employees, benefitting the end user and the vulnerable in the local community through the very highest level of care delivery.

Having always run what Emily refers to as a “tight Ship” compliance and the highest level of care delivery is paramount to their business ethos, the proof is having recently received another glowing review from the RQIA, the regulatory body in Northern Ireland, along with countless positive customer reviews. Quality is at the cornerstone of their business and the Caremark franchise model that has remained resilient through the recent uncertainty of Brexit and the current global pandemic throughout the Caremark Network, allowing them to grow their business to record levels.
