Agency Express are honoured to announce that for a 7th consecutive year, they have been recognised for their outstanding customer service to their clients by the largest award scheme in the UK residential property industry. The ESTAS Supplier of the Year Awards, sponsored by Kerfuffle were announced on YouTube by Phil Spencer in the first ever virtual awards for the property industry.

For 17 years the ESTAS have determined the best suppliers in the industry based purely on feedback from estate and letting agents, who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This year a phenomenal 45,000 customer reviews were recorded and a record number of suppliers entered the prestigious award.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception addressed viewers:

There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the role suppliers play in the industry. The best suppliers are instrumental in helping agents provide excellent service, they are an extension of that experience so the service they deliver to agents is crucial, it’s therefore only right that the ESTAS puts the spotlight on their efforts.
