Bluebird Care Franchisees, David, and Kelly Haswell have extended their award-winning and outstanding rated care services.
Following on from the success of their two offices in South Tyneside & Newcastle, Bluebird Care Franchisees, David, and Kelly Haswell have extended their award-winning and outstanding rated care services.
Over the last 10 years David and Kelly have delivered outstanding, person-centred care to those communities across South Tyneside & Newcastle, helping their customers to lead independent lives in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Before joining Bluebird Care, David previously worked in Business Development, as well as Product and Marketing Management.
He Said “We decided to launch Bluebird Care South Tyneside following my own family’s experience with home care when my grandparents were in need. We felt there was a lack of information about what was available, inconsistency of care, poor time keeping, lack of choice, and poor customer service. I am proud to say that we have achieved what we set out to achieve, which was to build a care business that had an excellent reputation for providing quality, flexible and tailor-made care”
David and Kelly’s commitment and drive to ensure the very best support and care to their customers, whilst creating an environment where their team can thrive, has led them to achieving their ‘outstanding’ rating with the Care Quality commission and being in the position to expand their services into the Darlington, South Durham and Yarm areas.
Kelly is a qualified Social Worker who gained a BA (Hons) in Social Work from the University of Sunderland. She has experience in working as part of Adult Older Persons teams, Direct Payment Teams, as well as Fostering until she took her position as Director.
Kelly said “Our aim is to ensure that the ethos and philosophy of Bluebird Care South Tyneside stands firm throughout all of our businesses and we will treat each customer as if they were a member of our own family, through a ‘can-do-attitude’ and ‘good old-fashioned service’.
Our standards our maintained by hiring people who share our vision that everyone deserves and should have access to, the very best care.”
