Appreciation for carers at SureCare Warwick
Carers at SureCare Warwick were awarded a certificate of appreciation by one of their clients, to thank them for the work they do in looking after her at home and helping her to retain her independence.
The presentation took place on October the 12th at the first Community Care Awareness Day to be held in Warwick. Organised by SureCare Warwick and designed to inform the community of the services available locally to support its elderly and disabled members in their own homes, the event was opened by Cllr Mrs Elizabeth Higgins, the Mayor of Warwick.
Tammy Reading accepted the appreciation award from Mrs Joyce Evans, saying, “We work as a team to support our clients at home and we will always go the extra mile to provide a service that maintains dignity and privacy. I am so pleased to accept this certificate on behalf of the SureCare team.” The Mayor added to the celebrations by presenting Tammy with a badge for providing dignity in care."
