For the seventh consecutive year, quality homecare franchise Right at Home have been awarded Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction status. What does this mean to someone thinking about joining the network?

Deciding to leave employment and start your own business is a huge step. The desire to build something for yourself seems to grow, the more frustrated you become… 

But how can you feel secure in your potential for success with your chosen business model?

Whilst we can’t see into the future, we can help you to feel confident about making that commitment, by sharing how Right at Home’s 50+ local owners rate their brand, which supports families by enabling vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes.

Every year, they anonymously participate in the WorkBuzz independent Franchisee Satisfaction Survey. The responses from established franchisees, to questions about the support, training, leadership and rewards, can help you assess the strength of their franchise system as you consider your future. 

This year, we are incredibly proud to receive the following feedback from our franchise owners:

·       95% feel valued, treated fairly and with respect, and encouraged to share ideas with RaH 

·       98% agree National Office cares about and responds to issues which are important to them

·       98% say RaH’s leadership has a clear vision for the future

·       100% are motivated to go the extra mile for customers, and are committed to growing their business

These results certainly reflect a happy network – with a General Satisfaction score of 96% and an Overall Satisfaction score of 92%, Right at Home has been awarded Five Star Franchise status for a record seventh year and won a finalist place in the Best Franchise Awards. 

As CEO, Ken Deary says: “We are really pleased – despite the network having grown we have actually increased our score from last year. This means a lot, because we know RaH’s success is dependent on our franchisees being happy and satisfied business owners.”

Comments from franchisees included: “I am very satisfied with RaH. I believe they will continue to invest and drive change in the areas we need it most, so we continue to be successful.”

Another said: “RaH is very open to comments, feedback and ideas. I feel supported and valued and really like the open culture and friendly franchisor team.”
