Caremark Group Make A Difference

Top home care franchisor, Caremark Ltd, hosted its fifth Annual Conference at the prestigious Hellidon Lakes Hotel in Northamptonshire last month.

The main focus was placed squarely on making a difference through the provision of the highest standards of Care.

Despite the difficult economic climate, the company has achieved 30% growth in its business with new franchised offices being opened throughout the UK.

Some 60 home care franchise delegates gathered for an inspiring and uplifting day of workshops and presentations, centreing around business strategies as well as focusing on Care and the delivery of the service.

Through moving testimonials and a short film, delegates were invited to reflect on the impact their service had on the lives of their customers and families and the difference they make through delivering a professional, top quality and com passionate care and support service.

Reflecting on the success of the day, Managing Director Craig Henthorn, commented “I think it’s been a big success in terms of recognising lots of franchisees’ achievements. The awards ceremony was well received and we’ve celebrated many successes today, the atmosphere has been fantastic.

"It’s been great to see so many people here today who have come through the Caremark franchise system, everyone has really enjoyed themselves and we are all looking forward to another exciting year ahead”.

A gala dinner and awards ceremony took place in the evening with 10 awards in total being presented, with newer offices picking up awards for excellence, demonstrating their success in a particular area of business development.

“It’s a fantastic oppo rtunity for us to engage with our franchise owners and to involve them in our plans and projects for the coming year” says Patrick Thompson, Franchise Manager.

Delegates left the Conference feeling enthusiastic and excited about their business future.New franchise owners Helan Graham & Stephanie Doherty from Caremark Oldham commented “It’s been great! We’ve really enjoyed it. It’s also been very helpful from a networking point of view because we are still a small business; it’s was great talking to people who were at the stage we are now.

"We also found the day very helpful in terms of some of the tools we have got from the Conference workshops”.
