New TaxAssist Accountants shop launches in Syston Leicestershire

After six years providing tax and accountancy services to the small business community across Leicestershire, Tej Gawera has expanded his practice with the opening of a new shopfront office in Syston.

Tej Gawera set up TaxAssist Accountants on Uppingham Road in Leicester in 2011, and now looks after more than 400 small businesses across the region. He opened his second shop on Melton Road in Syston, Leicestershire in November 2017.

“With the business going from strength-to-strength in Leicester and a growing small business culture in the region, it seemed like the perfect time to look out for a new conveniently placed office and the shop front on Melton Road seemed to be the ideal location,” said Tej. “Demand for our services continues to grow and the new second shop gives us the opportunity to grow with it.

“We’re planning to host an official shop opening later this year to get to know our neighbours and other local small businesses.”

Tej runs his shops with the assistance of six members of staff. “I can’t emphasise enough the importance of establishing a good quality team of staff to assist you” said Tej, “it would have been impossible to get where I am today without the loyalty and hard work provided by my team.

“My first shop has proven to be a great draw and is now firmly established. I receive a good number of referrals, which reflects my emphasis on first class service provision. I am looking forward to growing my practice further through my second shop."
