Recurring revenue the focus for latest Sandler Training franchisee conference
Sandler Training’s latest network conference, with a theme of ‘Recurring Revenue’, has seen franchisees enjoying sessions on client retention, technology and data protection, alongside insights into emulating one of the brand’s top performers.
The UK Days, which take place three times each year, highlight the collaborative power of the network. Combining guest speakers with franchisees sharing their own experiences, the two-day events mix interactive workshops and seminars to provide genuine insight to those in attendance.
Operations director Fiona Thomson said: “The idea is to share best practice, which is why many of our speakers are from within the UK network as well as from Sandler globally. We put the programme together based on the most topical issues facing the network, which keeps things fresh and relevant – and means the UK Days are always well-attended.
“For us it allows us to get the network together, discuss what’s going on and provide an easy way for franchisees to grab all the tools that are coming up. It also gives them a little time away from the business, which is important for continued success.
“Franchisees tell us how valuable the events are – the combination of the talks, meeting up with other franchisees, and the social and business networking aspects during breaks.”
This month’s event included Cambridge franchisee Caroline Robinson discussing Sandler’s ‘business class service’ to clients, and Andy McCreadie from Sandler South West sharing his expertise on client retention and strong core beliefs.
They were joined by Darby Fazekas from The Devine Group, a talent assessment specialist who presented on recurring revenue models; and an expert-led interactive session on data protection, keeping Sandler franchisees ahead of recent changes in legislation.
Day two takes place at Blenheim Palace and covered the host of new technology and online tools that Sandler has recently introduced to strengthen its market-leading position, alongside Anneli Thomson analysing the revenue of her company to allow others to see the inner workings of one of the network’s top businesses.
The next event takes place in September and has an international theme, with Sandler’s master franchisees from across Europe invited to attend and the head of content marketing from Sandler US confirmed to speak.
