GROWING FRANCHISE RECRUITMENT TEAM FOR PROMINENT HOME CARE PROVIDER!

Caremark, a prominent homecare franchisor, has added a new manager to its already successful franchise recruitment team, as part of its growth strategy for 2012/2013. With a franchise network continuing to grow and enquiries into its business offering on the increase, Caremark are looking to meet the continuing activity with additional man power and experience.

Peter Carlile, joins the Caremark recruitment team and brings with him a wealth of experience both in franchising and in business development. Peter has more than 20 years’ experience in franchising, both in the UK and Canada, as well as working as Business Development Executive for Pricewaterhousecoopers dealing with companies from start up to £120 million turnover. His years with them proved very valuable when he was recruiting franchisees.

“I am passionate about franchising and the opportunities it brings for individuals looking for a change of direction. New business owners benefit from buying into a strong support system, a tried and tested model and a sound methodology” he said.

Through franchising Peter was drawn to the growing Healthcare industry where he worked for a while with another home care provider, re-developing their franchise model. Commenting on his move to Caremark, Peter said “Now I can see for myself just how good a business it is and how much potential it has for anyone looking for a rewarding career. I believe I have joined the best home care franchisor in the UK and I am confident that for the right individual, the franchise will provide a bright and rewarding future”.
