David Underwood celebrates milestone anniversary

Harrogate-based TaxAssist Accountant is celebrating 15 years working with the local small business community.

David Underwood set up TaxAssist Accountants in 2001 and moved to their Mount Street shop in 2005 with business partner John Robinson who recently retired from the practice. David and his six-strong team now provide specialist tax and accountancy services to more than 1,000 small businesses in and around North Yorkshire.

David commented: “Celebrating 15 years is a great achievement for myself and the team. The small business community has been through some tough times, but it’s great to see how they rally round and support one another. We’d like to thank them for their support; word-of-mouth recommendations have really helped us see client numbers grow year-on-year.

“Over the years we’ve developed a reputation locally for our jargon-free advice and the support we give small businesses and start-ups. We’re really passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and the past 15 years have been a fantastic journey – here’s to many more.”

TaxAssist Accountants Harrogate is a local business, operating across Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon, providing tax and accountancy advice and services purely to small businesses.
