In recent months, we’ve seen new SureCare franchises opening up in Leicester, Burnley and Waltham Forest, to help make a difference to people in need of home care in those areas.

Our franchisees are not only driven by a mission to provide outstanding care and support, but also to use their entrepreneurial spirit to develop and grow a thriving business.

Here we present the stories behind our three latest franchisees and their commitment to their local communities.

SureCare Leicester

Nestled in the heart of the country, SureCare Leicester is owned by young entrepreneur Mirza Ali and his wife Narjis Hadi. Both come from a different background to the care industry, but both are very business-minded. They’ve decided to take a leap into the home care for a change of pace and to give something back to the community.

The young couple chose SureCare as the business has a strong reputation with over 20 years in the care industry and a unique business model. By setting themselves apart from other care providers in the area, SureCare Leicester hope to become recognised as the leading name for quality home care.

Over the weeks, months and years, SureCare Leicester wants to ensure the well-being and independence of their clients, particularly those in later life. Clients’ family members are just as important, and the local franchise aim to keep them feeling satisfied with the level of service provided to their loved ones.

Mirza says: “It is overwhelming to be a part of the SureCare network where we look after the elderly and vulnerable people of Leicester.” He goes on to say that the overall ethos of SureCare “matches our values and determination and that is where we have found an equilibrium.”

SureCare Waltham Forest

Just a stone’s throw away from the Olympic Park in Stratford, Kevin Gyebi’s SureCare franchise operates in the London borough of Waltham Forest. Not only is Kevin a registered mental health nurse, he also already runs his own company in the capital to provide training.

Through a recommendation from the franchisee in the nearby borough of Havering, Kevin saw a SureCare franchise as a strong business opportunity. Now he intends to run his franchise in collaboration with his existing business, in order to help make a big difference in the area.

We’re glad to see Kevin joining the SureCare network. Since he first approached us, he has displayed a unique drive and determination for making a real change. It is this approachable and outgoing personality – combined with his previous experience as a business leader – that demonstrate what we praise in our franchisees. With Kevin at the helm of SureCare Waltham Forest, we know that the local community will be in safe and caring hands.

SureCare Burnley

Having worked for a care company in Burnley before, budding entrepreneur Zeeshan Hussain has decided to start up his own franchise in the area. He hopes to provide a great level of quality care to residents within a diverse community. After all, his first-hand experience allows him to understand the vital importance of quality care and not cutting corners.

Having not been involved with anything “behind the scenes”, Zeeshan finally decided to start up his own care business. After some research and speaking to other franchises, he was interested in franchising with SureCare as it’s a proven model and provides great business support. 

Straight off the back of completing his SureCare induction course, Zeeshan has wasted no time in getting right down to action! The Burnley franchise is already off to a flying start, with a registered care manager already appointed and offices set to open later this month.  

Zeeshan says: “With SureCare, I can be my own boss,” allowing him to have complete control over the direction and quality of care SureCare Burnley provides. He also notes being really excited in his new role leading the way, and is determined for his franchise to be the best care provider in the Burnley area.
