UK Franchisee Reaches Sandler Pinnacle!

Andy McCredie, Sandler’s South West Franchisee based in Exeter, will be presented with the prestigious Pinnacle Award at Sandler’s next International Client Summit in Orlando in March 2016.

The convention, where consultants from around the world gather to celebrate success with their existing and prospective clients will see Andy become the UK’s first recipient of the Pinnacle Award.

The Pinnacle Award recognises Andy’s outstanding productivity and effectiveness during the previous quarter where he billed in excess of £270K, which annualises to over £800K. It is worth pointing out that this quarter also included the festive season and Andy took his family on a two-week Christmas holiday!

Andy’s success has been built through a mix of local and global contracts, a number of which involved collaborations with other Sandler partners to implement the contracts Andy had secured.

Although Andy runs his own business and is responsible for his own success, he benefits from being part of a wider network of consultants who can and do work together to fulfil contracts. Not just nationally but internationally through the reach of the Sandler network.

One contract with a large multi-national organisation deal involves many other UK franchisees delivering training for him in their areas – Andy won the core contract on the back of his partner’s ability to deliver the training to a dispersed network – all to the same high standards that Andy delivered locally.

A big global photocopier brand contract has also led to Andy utilising the services of fellow franchisees across several countries!

Andy commented, “After 9 years running my Sandler Franchise, I managed to hit the Sandler 'Pinnacle' Award. I am really chuffed to have reached this level within my first 10 years!  It's amazing what is possible in this business thanks to the incredible material we have at Sandler and the constant support from the Sandler Network.   I could never have imagined this level of business would be possible and all from my rural base down in Devon.  The best part is that I pick up my toddler from nursery at 4.30pm and we go and play in the park! I feel very lucky to have both the money and the lifestyle.”

Even with the recognition of the Pinnacle Award, Andy doesn’t yet see his business as having reached its full potential. Watch this space!
