At the end of the day, you are an extension of their company.   

Show your knowledge. The franchisor will want to know that your skills and background will help you to become a great franchisee. You need to prove to them why you think you will be a successful franchisee due to the knowledge you have gained. It is also important to show your business acumen and prove why you would be an asset to them.

Prove that you’re willing to follow their system. Franchising allows you to buy into a proven operating system that has already shown to be successful. You need to show the franchisor that you understand how the system works and are happy to follow and be a part of it.

Their industry. You should demonstrate to the franchisor that you know about their industry. It would be beneficial to do your research before the interview into areas such as market trends, statistics and how the service works.

Remember franchise interviews are a two way street, the franchisors will be deciding whether you are right for their network, whilst you need to decide whether the franchise is right for you.
