We are delighted to announce that Concept has been approved as an Associate Member of the British Franchise Association. As part of the rigorous accreditation process, we had to prove that our franchise model adheres to a strict set of standards and were measured against the following four key areas:

• ETHICAL: The franchise must be operated in accordance with the principles set out in the European Code of Ethics for Franchising.
• VIABLE: The business must be proven to work 
• TRANSFERABLE: It needs to be teachable
• DISCLOSED: Any financial projections and earnings forecasts are achievable 

Becoming an Associate member involved a rigorous accreditation process where we had to prove that our franchise model adheres to a strict set of standards. The process included examining the business model, conducting a survey with our franchisees, an evaluation of the training and support, reviewing the financials and Franchise Agreement. 

With being accredited by both the BFA and QFA we hope this shows how committed we are as a franchise to supporting our franchise partners every step of the way in developing ethical and profitable businesses. 

After what has already been a tremendous start to 2022 year, we are looking forward to a fulfilling working relationship with the bfa.
