Caremark (Ealing) invited to LBE Apprenticeship Networking Dinner

Local home care provider, Caremark (Ealing) were invited by the London Borough of Ealing to attend their Apprenticeship Event held recently at the Ealing Town Hall.

This was the third time that Caremark (Ealings)’s Managing Director, Moni Fasesin had been invited to this particular event.  Through her home care business offering employment opportunities, Mrs Fasesin’s commitment to working within the local community has been the driving force behind her interest.

With many young people looking for work, apprenticeships are one way of introducing people into a particular sector and social care has much to offer.  Mrs Fasesin’s contact with Vanita Nicholls – Apprenticeship Programme Manager and Heather Nicholls – Training Manager (Ealing and Hammersmith West London College) is hoped will source the right candidate and offer a great opportunity to the right person.

Reflecting on the evening, Mrs Fasesin said: “Overall it was an inspiring and entertaining evening and a good opportunity for networking.  This is my third event now and I have met some really positive people who are as passionate as I am about community working.  This has really helped me introduce my business into the local market place and consequently offer a much needed service to vulnerable individuals."

The networking event enabled useful networking and for other local providers in the borough to share the experience of having an apprentice in the work place.

“The first event I attended I met Martin Smith, the Chief Executive of Ealing Council who was pleased to learn of our business arriving in Ealing.  That meeting led Caremark (Ealing) becoming a Spot Provider for the Council, which I am naturally delighted about” added Mrs Fasesin.

Caremark (Ealing) provide care and support services to people of all abilities and ethnicities who wish to remain living safely at home but who may require some support to do so.  Clients needing a more intensive level of care and support are able to have 24 hour live-in care through their specialist service, Habito.
