Right at Home is delighted to introduce Janet Bennett as the owner of its 65^th UK franchise.

Janet, who lives in Great Budworth, Cheshire, will be trading on home turf in the Mid Cheshire territory and is hoping to gain CQC registration and start trading by the summer.

The Mid Cheshire territory area is well known to her; as well as living locally for many years, Janet once ran the Northwich branch of NatWest.

Her career took her on to specialise in customer experience coaching, and branch transformation, before she left the world of banking and took a role supporting franchise owners in the care sector.

Having seen the potential to build a business that not only delivered good profits but also made a hugely positive impact upon her local community, Janet sought an opportunity to put herself in the driving seat, by opening her own care franchise.

“Throughout my career I’ve built up a lot of experience in coaching and mentoring, and I’ve always had a passion for community-focused networking,” said Janet.

“Joining Right at Home has given me the opportunity to put my skills into practice within my own business. I can’t wait to start working within the community, delivering high-quality care and companionship services and building up a team of CareGivers who share my passion for helping other people.

“My previous business roles have focused on how to get the best out of people; and how we can successfully navigate the challenges brought about by change. That stands me in good stead to support CareGivers and empower them to go the extra mile for their Clients; and to support Clients to deal positively with changing circumstances, so they can maintain their independence with a little extra support and understanding.
