Mail Boxes Etc. is excited to be a finalist in the prestigious 2014 bfa (British Franchising Association) Franchisor of the Year Awards.

Now in its 25^th year, the awards celebrate the country’s most exceptional franchisors, who are driving business growth and development through their strength of brand, innovative practices and effective business strategies.

Mail Boxes Etc. is one of three finalists in the brand new Franchisee Recruitment Award category, which recognises the focus and energy that goes into ensuring the company attracts the right kind of franchisee and provides them with the support, help and advice they need during the all-important start-up phase.

“We’re honoured that our best-practice recruitment processes and the support we provide to new franchisees have been recognised by the bfa.  2012/13 saw an overhaul of our recruitment programme with renewed focus on both our web portal and face-to-face recruitment via bfa exhibitions and seminars.  In anticipation of increased interest, we also restructured our head office team and implemented a new business management system.  The result of these integrated measures was a 50% growth in franchise sales in just six months.
