East Riding home care franchisee takes Caremark Mark of Excellence Award

Caremark (East Riding were celebrating once more with the presentation of Caremark’s Mark of Excellence Award to joint owners and directors, Graham & Karen Precious at Caremark’s annual conference last week.

The successful Yorkshire home care franchise has enjoyed sustained growth over the last few years and is currently leading the business in Caremark’s expanding network. The Precious’ are no strangers to awards, having been awarded Caremark’s Franchisee of the Year in 2013 and the Caremark Achievement Award in 2014.

This year’s accolade recognizes the tremendous contribution Graham & Karen Precious have made to not only to their local community with the provision of dedicated, high quality home care but also to the brand and the Caremark network as a whole.

The beginning of this year saw the East Riding business move into larger premises in Hessle to accommodate the expanding team, enabling them to have the necessary space for care worker training, meetings and general office space.

Reflecting on another year of success, Graham & Karen Precious said: “We were really delighted to receive the Caremark Mark of Excellence Award for 2014. We have a fantastic team who are hard-working, dedicated and do not hesitate to go the extra mile and with this award we were able to demonstrate to them that their hard work and dedication has been recognised.

We are all very proud of our achievements and will continue to provide the best quality service for a brand we are very proud to be part of.”
