Autosmart is excited to be shortlisted for the Franchisor of the Year and Franchisee Recruitment Awards. The Awards highlight outstanding and ethical business practice in UK franchising. They are the industry’s most prestigious awards because they place ethics, standards and best practice at the top of their criteria.

Established in 1979, the past 35 years has seen Autosmart at the forefront of their industry. They have merged innovation with technology to provide first class products, benefits and services to our customers.

Franchisor of the Year Award 2014

Managing Director Sophie Atkinson comments “Having won the Franchisor of the Year Award in 2012 and 2008, we are delighted to have been recognised once again for our continued commitment to helping our franchisees build successful, profitable businesses.

 “I am looking forward to presenting to the bfa how thoroughly Autosmart help potential franchisees to check whether or not they will enjoy running an Autosmart franchise; I feel that our team are exceptionally strong within the industry, and they are part of the reason why more than 60% of our network have been in business owners with us for 5 – 35 years.

“We have also made it to the finals of the Best British Franchise competition which, if we win, would make it a hat trick for us. We have a strong chance despite worthy competition. We are showing off that 2013/4 has been a year where the majority of our UK franchisees have achieved their business bests.  Our franchise owners have been gaining more customers than ever before with their usual hard work, and many owners had  an additional  turbo charge by joining in with a business growth and planning programme which we launched in Oct 2012 called Passport to Success”.

Franchisee Recruitment Award 2014

The Franchisee Recruitment Award is a brand new category that the bfa have launched this year.

Autosmart has been shortlisted for this category by demonstrating how their successful recruitment process centres around taking the time to ensure that franchisee and franchisor are the right fit for each other. Autosmart’s recruitment strategy has contributed to the development of a network of over 220 successful franchisees around the world.

Making the shortlist is a testament to the success of any franchise. Autosmart are looking forward to the awards ceremony on 26^th June at Heythrop Park Resort in Oxfordshire, where the winners will be announced.
