NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTED FOR NATIONAL HOME CARE PROVIDER

Caremark Limited, the national home care franchisor announced the appointment of Anne O’Rourke as Managing Director at the group’s annual conference on 31^st January 2014

Welcoming the appointment, Kevin Lewis, CEO said “I am delighted to announce this appointment. Anne has worked with me for a number of years in several different businesses and I value her support and contribution to the growth and development of the Caremark network, as we take the business to ever greater levels of success through 2014.”

Anne O’Rourke joined Caremark in November 2009 as Regional Support Manager for the south, supporting franchisees with brand compliance and the growth and development of their businesses. In 2011 Ms O’Rourke was promoted to National Support Manager and successful led her team of Regional Support Managers, with overall responsibility for the compliance, growth and development of the Caremark network.

February 2013 saw Ms O’Rourke promoted again to the role of Operations Director, leading the growing team of professionals in supporting the franchise network.

January this year has seen Ms O’Rourke’s promotion to Managing Director of Caremark Limited as the culmination of 2 ½ years of achievement with the company.

Reflecting on her appointment, Anne O’Rourke said “I am delighted to be stepping into this new role with Caremark and be playing a major role in the growth of the company. This is an exciting time in the company’s development with a growing and maturing network in an ever-changing sector; I look forward to supporting our franchisees so that we can be ready to embrace the opportunities that I am sure are ahead of us all.”
