Midlands and Yorkshire franchises scoop Caremark Achievement Awards

Two top performing Caremark franchises were awarded the franchisor’s coveted Achievement Award at the Caremark annual conference held at the Hinckley Island Hotel, Leicestershire last week.

Caremark franchises in (Walsall) and (Barnsley) caught the attention of senior management this year for their extraordinary growth and achievements throughout the previous 12 months. Recognition was given for their consistent and strategic approach to building their business, good leadership with great staff performance and loyalty which enabled their businesses to progress and penetrate further markets. The award also recognizes the individual franchisees’ professionalism, dedication, integrity and innovation in the face of day to day challenges.

Chris Williams, Managing Director of (Walsall) said: "I'm proud to win the award on behalf of the staff at Caremark. I would to thank them for all their hard work and determination to provide excellent care.”

Andrew Peace and Mark McKenning, joint owners and directors of (Barnsley) reflected on being award winners - McKenning said: ‘’We feel tremendously honoured to have been recognised by the network- particularly for our compliance and excellent standards of Customer service. It’s a terrific organisation which we’re proud to be part of.

Peace commented: ‘’This award is a result of a strong team performance. Mark and I are very proud to accept it on behalf of the whole team at Caremark (Barnsley).”

Both (Walsall) and (Barnsley) are gearing up for another busy year with further growth planned throughout the coming months as the demands for high quality home care continues to expand in their respective communities.
