Another Phenomenal Year for Top Franchise & Business Opportunity – The Wheel Specialist

Looking back on 2013 and what a year The Wheel Specialist Franchise has had; it’s busy work being the UK’s top alloy wheel repairer. Building upon our strong nationwide coverage a further 4 branches have joined the expert alloy wheel customisation team, now the local residents of Durham, Chester, Wolverhampton and St.Albans can all too, enjoy expertly refurbished wheels.

With the UK hopefully on its way out of the recession, the most successful regions showed local SME growth between 2.6 and 5.5%, compare that to The Wheel Specialist who is showing a phenomenal 27% growth in sales across our nationwide UK network over the same period.

Reviewing our compound comparative sales growth, as a franchise network, we narrowly missed the 10% growth margin from 2012 to 2013. Reaching network sales in excess of £4.7 million, not every business can say that for their 2013. Following our continued success; a first for The Wheel Specialist, we opened our first multi-unit franchise, starting with Wolverhampton and four more planned openings across the UK set for 2014.

The Wheel Specialist success is no fluke though, continued support to the network is fundamental, with director Ginny Murphy constantly researching new avenues to strengthen the brand and help franchisees. Throughout 2013 Ginny received her QFP (Qualified Franchise Professional) at the annual BFA conference, recognising expertise in franchising. Also winning the EWIF (Encouraging women into franchising) 2013 award – ‘Woman franchisor of the year’ – the Wheel Specialist business opportunity is constantly showing significant improvement, and will continue to do so through 2014 and beyond.
