TaxAssist Accountants is celebrating after winning Excellence in Branding at the 2026 East Anglian Marketing Awards. The award celebrates bold, distinctive and consistent brand identities and rebrands that successfully combine strategic thinking with creative execution.

The winning entry recognised the rebrand undertaken by TaxAssist Accountants in partnership with specialist agency krow Group. Launched in 2024, the project refreshed the organisation's visual identity and messaging, including the introduction of the proposition "We can do more for you".

Kelly Chick, Director of Group Brand & Marketing at The TaxAssist Group, said: "We are absolutely delighted to win the Excellence in Branding award. The rebrand was a significant project for us and this is fantastic recognition of the incredible amount of work, creativity and expertise that has gone into transforming and strengthening our brand.

"We wanted to evolve the TaxAssist Accountants brand in a way that felt fresh and relevant, while retaining the trust and recognition we have built over more than 30 years. It was important that the new identity communicated more clearly who we are and the value we provide to businesses and individuals.

"Bringing the new brand to life across our network was a huge collaborative effort. I'm incredibly proud of everyone who has contributed to the project, our team and our franchisees who have embraced the change, helping to make our brand stronger, more consistent and better positioned for the future. This award is a wonderful acknowledgement of everyone's contribution.”

TaxAssist Accountants was also shortlisted for In-House Team of the Year at the awards, recognising the creativity, strategic thinking and collaboration of its Brand & Marketing team.
