TaxAssist Accountants has endorsed Engager practice management software for its network of more than 230 accountancy practices, strengthening its long-standing partnership with TaxCalc.

The endorsement follows a detailed review of practice management solutions and reflects TaxAssist's commitment to providing its network with technology that improves efficiency, consistency and client experience. TaxAssist has worked with TaxCalc since 2018 and continues to mandate its compliance software across the network.

Engager was selected for its strong practice management capabilities and its growing integration with TaxCalc, creating greater connectivity between firms' compliance work, client data and day-to-day operations. The collaboration also supports TaxAssist's wider technology strategy and focus on helping franchisees run modern, efficient practices.

Practice management is a critical part of running a successful accountancy firm, providing visibility over workloads, deadlines, client communications and resource planning. As Engager becomes increasingly integrated with TaxCalc, TaxAssist believes franchisees will be able to streamline administrative processes and reduce duplication of effort.

TaxAssist franchisees will also benefit from a tailored implementation approach developed in collaboration with TaxCalc. This will include pre-configured workflows, templates and processes designed to help firms adopt the software quickly and consistently.

The endorsement means Engager will feature within TaxAssist's franchisee training programmes, support resources and ongoing communications, giving firms access to guidance, onboarding support and preferential commercial arrangements.
