TaxAssist launches TaxAssist Plus to give clients access to trusted specialist services

{TaxAssist launches TaxAssist Plus to give clients access to trusted specialist services}

TaxAssist Accountants is expanding the support available to its clients with the launch of TaxAssist Plus – a new proposition designed to connect small business owners with carefully selected specialist partners through a trusted adviser they already know.

TaxAssist Plus has been created to help clients access a wider range of services that support their business and personal financial needs, while maintaining the convenience, trust and relationship they value from TaxAssist.

The new proposition brings together a panel of nationally recognised partners, each selected for their expertise, customer focus and alignment with TaxAssist's standards.

Services available through TaxAssist Plus include financial planning, business banking and business finance, with additional complementary services expected to be introduced over time.

Business owners increasingly want access to a broader range of support from advisers they trust. TaxAssist Plus has been designed to meet that demand by providing introductions to specialist providers while allowing clients to continue benefiting from the personal relationship they have with their local TaxAssist office.

Research conducted during the development of the proposition found that clients viewed TaxAssist Plus as a natural extension of the existing TaxAssist offering, with many valuing the ability to access trusted specialists through their accountant.

The initial TaxAssist Plus partner panel includes:

TaxAssist Plus Financial Planning, delivered through a joint venture with Perspective Financial Group, providing access to financial planning, retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax planning and wealth management services.

Tide, providing digital business banking solutions designed specifically for SMEs.

White Oak UK, offering business finance and funding solutions to help businesses invest, grow and manage cash flow.

TaxAssist Plus forms part of TaxAssist's long-term strategy to increase the value it delivers to clients by creating a broader service ecosystem around its core accounting, tax and advisory services.

The proposition has been designed to provide clients with straightforward access to specialist services while ensuring they understand exactly who is providing each service and where responsibility sits. This focus on transparency, partner quality and client outcomes has been central to the development of the model.

Daren Moore, Chief Executive Officer of TaxAssist Group, said: "Our clients increasingly want access to a wider range of services through advisers they already trust. TaxAssist Plus allows us to connect clients with carefully selected specialist partners who share our commitment to quality service and customer care.

"By bringing together trusted experts under the TaxAssist Plus proposition, we can help clients access additional services that support their business and personal financial goals, while continuing to benefit from the relationship they have with their local TaxAssist office."

TaxAssist Plus is a strategic proposition from TaxAssist that connects clients to a carefully selected panel of specialist service providers. The proposition has been designed to complement TaxAssist's existing accounting, tax and advisory services by providing access to additional expertise in areas including financial planning, cash savings, business banking and business finance.
