Concept Claim Solutions has closed the first quarter of 2026 with five finalist positions across two of the insurance industry’s most respected awards: the British Claims Awards and the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards.

These nominations reflect more than performance; they highlight a continued focus on improving how building insurance claims are managed, combining outstanding customer care with disciplined operational delivery at every stage of the process.

Since 2001, Concept Claim Solutions has grown into the UK’s leading Loss Assessor franchise, continually improving how building insurance claims are delivered.
