Could This Be You? The Wheel Specialist Network Celebrates Success at Annual Conference

{Could This Be You? The Wheel Specialist Network Celebrates Success at Annual Conference}

Franchisees from across the UK recently came together for The Wheel Specialist Annual Conference, a key event in the calendar that celebrates the achievements, growth and collaboration that continue to drive the network forward.

Now in its nineteenth year, the conference remains an important opportunity for franchisees and The Hub team to step away from the day-to-day running of their businesses and reconnect with the wider network.

It’s a chance to share experiences, explore new ideas, and reflect on the progress made across The Wheel Specialist community over the past year.

Throughout the day, a series of presentations, workshops and open discussions highlighted developments across the business and the continued success being achieved by franchisees across the country.

“The Annual Conference is a great reminder of the strength of The Wheel Specialist network. Bringing franchisees together each year gives us the opportunity to share ideas, recognise achievements, and continue learning from one another. The success we are seeing across the network is a reflection of the commitment and professionalism of our franchisees, and it was fantastic to celebrate that together.”

— Ginny Murphy, CEO

Franchise of the Year

One of the highlights of the conference each year is recognising outstanding performance across the network.

This year’s Franchise of the Year award was presented to David and Anthony Simon of The Wheel Specialist Teesside, recognising their exceptional performance and continued growth over the past year.

Their commitment to developing their business and delivering consistently high standards has helped them build one of the network’s standout locations.

In addition to receiving the network’s top award, David and Anthony were also recognised with the Marketing Award for the second consecutive year, highlighting their continued commitment to promoting and growing their business locally.

They were also presented with the 500k Club Badge, marking a significant milestone in the continued success of their branch.

“We are incredibly proud to receive the Franchisee of the Year award. To also win the Marketing Award for the second year running and reach the 500k Club Badge makes the recognition even more special. It reflects the hard work of our team and the support we receive from the wider network and The Hub.”

— David & Anthony Simon, The Wheel Specialist Teesside

Recognising Achievement Across the Network

Alongside the headline award, the conference celebrated a wide range of achievements from franchisees across the UK.

A number of Club Badge awards were presented to branches that have reached new sales milestones, recognising the continued growth being achieved throughout the network.

Wheel Milestone awards also recognised branches that have refurbished significant numbers of wheels — highlighting the increasing demand for The Wheel Specialist’s services across the country.

Individual awards were also presented for excellence in areas including:

· Sales performance

· Marketing

· Customer service

· Brand representation

· Business development

Together, these recognitions highlight the strength of the network and the commitment of franchisees across the country to continually developing and growing their businesses.

Operational Excellence

Maintaining consistently high standards across every location is a key part of The Wheel Specialist brand.

Seven branches were recognised with Gold Certificates of Excellence from Peninsula for Health & Safety, acknowledging their commitment to operating at the highest standards.

Health and safety, professionalism and attention to detail are central to the way every Wheel Specialist business operates — helping ensure customers receive the same trusted service wherever they visit.

Collaboration and Shared Experience

Beyond the awards, the conference provided an invaluable opportunity for franchisees to connect with others across the network.

Workshops and discussion sessions encouraged open conversations about running and growing a Wheel Specialist business, allowing franchisees to share their own experiences while learning from others.

These conversations — and the willingness of franchisees to support one another — remain a key strength of The Wheel Specialist network.

Thanking Our Sponsors

The Wheel Specialist would also like to thank the sponsors who supported this year’s conference and helped make the event possible.

The conference was supported by:

All Equipment Finance Ltd

FreiLacke Coatings UK Ltd

Jerroms Gallagher RS Pro Finishes Ltd

FAW Equipment Ltd

Air Power Ltd

Their continued support plays an important role in bringing the network together each year to share knowledge, celebrate success, and strengthen the relationships that underpin the brand.

Events like the Annual Conference highlight the strength, collaboration and ambition that sits at the heart of The Wheel Specialist network.

It’s this combination of shared experience, professional standards and support that continues to attract entrepreneurs looking to build successful Wheel Specialist businesses across the UK.

For many of the franchisees in the room, their journey with The Wheel Specialist started with a simple enquiry. A curiosity about whether running their own Wheel Specialist business could be the right next step.

Today they are running successful businesses within a supportive national network, helping customers transform their vehicles while building something of their own.
