Franchisee Spotlight: Adam Millard – Concept Claim Solutions (Plymouth & Torquay)
When Adam Millard joined Concept Claim Solutions in September 2023, his goal was simple: to create a successful business that delivered genuine value to clients while providing long-term security for his family. Just over two years later, that ambition is already paying off.
Adam has rapidly grown his business into a thriving operation spanning both Plymouth and Torquay. What began as a one-man setup has evolved into a structured, scalable enterprise, supported by the move into dedicated office premises to accommodate increasing workloads and client enquiries.
His consistent performance and professionalism have also led to him being invited to take on a mentoring role within the franchise network, where he now supports and trains new franchisees as they launch their own businesses.
To help manage growing demand and maintain the high standard of service his clients expect, Adam has also welcomed his wife, Jen, into the business, creating a true family-run operation built on trust, reliability, and shared ambition.
Reflecting on his journey, Adam says:

How Adam Supported Mr & Mrs Meldrum
When Mr and Mrs Meldrum discovered damage to their home caused by a failed soil pipe, what began as a worrying situation quickly became overwhelming. Water and waste had escaped into the property, damaging floors, walls, and internal structures.
Like many homeowners, they contacted their insurer expecting the repairs to be handled promptly. Instead, they were told the policy would only cover “trace and access”, the investigation work to locate the pipe, leaving them uncertain about how the wider damage would be repaired or funded.
