The survey focuses on 6 key areas: Training & Support, Franchise System, Culture & Relationships, Leadership, Value & Rewards, and General Satisfaction, and Access4Lofts scored incredibly highly right across the board.

· Overall, 89% of franchisees expressed a high level of satisfaction with the franchise

· 100% said they were satisfied with the initial training & support

· 93% said they believe the head office team cares about and responds to the issues that are important to franchisees

· 93% said they were proud to be franchisees in the Access4Lofts network

· 95% said they would recommend the franchise to someone else looking for an opportunity

All fantastic results! Can you imagine any other business getting these kinds of results from their employees? Of course, these are all independent business owners, rather than staff on a payroll, but that just means they have even higher standards when it comes to what returns they get on their time and money.

However, I believe the most relevant statistic for you from the report is this one:

97% of franchisees agreed with the statement “There is a proven system and if I follow this, I will be successful.”
