ActionCOACH celebrates fourth consecutive win at the Great British Franchisee Awards
ActionCOACH franchise partner Jenni Morgan has been named a winner of the Great British Franchisee Awards (GBFA) 2025, recognising the outstanding success of her ActionCOACH Wakefield business. This marks the fourth year in a row ActionCOACH franchise partners have been honoured by the GBFA, following wins by Jon Asquith (2024), Gary Keating (2023) and Kevin Riley (2022).
The GBFA celebrate the UK’s top-performing franchisees, considering factors such as business experience, growth, staff retention, customer satisfaction, community involvement and inspired leadership to determine winners from across the country.
ActionCOACH UK co-founder Julie Wagstaff praised Jenni’s achievement, highlighting the example she sets for franchise partners nationwide: “Jenni is an exceptional business leader who embodies everything ActionCOACH stands for – excellence, passion and a genuine desire to make a difference.
“From her first year in business to now leading a team of 11 and expanding across four territories, she’s shown what’s possible with focus, determination and heart.”
Jenni launched ActionCOACH Wakefield in 2018 as the first franchise partner under ActionCOACH’s firm builder licence, allowing her to scale her business from day one. Since then, her firm has grown steadily year on year with her turnover expected to reach record heights this year.
Her journey to business coaching was shaped by a diverse background in engineering, marketing, consultancy and leadership, combined with 20 years of coaching experience. Today, Jenni and her team support more than 80 clients, helping local business owners to grow sustainably, achieve financial success and regain balance in their lives.
“Winning this award is such an honour,” said Jenni. “When I first started ActionCOACH Wakefield, my goal was simple – to help local business owners realise their potential and build the lives they truly want.
