CareYourWay takes part in BFA finalist filming, celebrating double award recognition and showcasing franchising excellence across the network.

CareYourWay was delighted to take part in a very special filming session with the British Franchise Association (BFA) this week, as preparations continue ahead of the upcoming awards ceremony this November.

This year is particularly exciting for us, as we are proud to have not just one, but two finalist placements across the network. CareYourWay Franchising has been shortlisted in the Franchisor of the Year – Emerging category, while Sobia and Shahid from CareYourWay Hertfordshire have earned their place as finalists in the Dynamic Duo award.

A Day of Filming and Reflection

The sessions, set against the quiet beauty of the Oxfordshire countryside, were filled with inspiring conversations and plenty of excitement. The BFA team captured interviews with both Sarah and Jon from CareYourWay Franchising, as well as with Sobia and Shahid, exploring their journeys in business, their pride in franchising, and the impact they’ve made on the lives of the people they support.

The stories told on the day reflected not only how far our brand and our partners have come, but also the very reasons why they started — their passion for care, their belief in doing things the right way, and their dedication to making a difference.

The timing of this recognition is especially meaningful, as 2025 marks 20 years since Sarah and Manuel Sabater founded CareYourWay. From its beginnings as a small, family-led business to becoming a nationwide network of trusted offices, the journey has been shaped by hard work, innovation, and a commitment to people above all else.

Having our first franchise partners, Sobia and Shahid, achieve finalist recognition alongside the franchisor brand itself is a proud milestone. It demonstrates not only the strength of our business model, but also the calibre of people who join our network — ambitious, compassionate, and driven to succeed.
