TaxAssist Accountants is celebrating the success of senior practice staff and Support Centre staff who have recently graduated from its bespoke Training Academy LEAD course.

Managing a practice involves far more than overseeing processes - it requires strong leadership, effective team management, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. The two-year LEAD Programme has been specifically designed to equip senior practice staff and franchisees with the skills needed to lead high-performing teams.

Feedback from the 2023 – 2025 cohort has been overwhelmingly positive. Participants praised the course for its transformative impact on their leadership skills and confidence:

This is the third group of staff and franchisees to complete the LEAD programme, following its successful launch in 2017.
