CareYourWay Franchising recently welcomed franchise partners from across the South to its regional Growth Summit, held in the historic town of Windsor. The event offered an energising day of collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition, bringing together office leads from Hertfordshire, Weybridge, Norwich, Farnborough and Chichester.

The session was led by CEO Sarah Sabater, Franchise Development Manager Michelle Hoare, and Senior Growth Specialist Ian Bradley, who each provided in-depth guidance on scaling operations, enhancing recruitment strategies, and preparing for upcoming initiatives across the network.

Henry Christie-Grey from Homecare.co.uk rounded off the expert sessions with a valuable look at brand reputation, client acquisition, and using client feedback to build trust.

Throughout the day, franchisees had the opportunity to participate in open discussions and collaborative workshops.
